General
Q. How do I book?
A. Thanks to our online booking system, you can book 99% of the items on our website. Simply select the item or package you’d like, click the green ‘book online’ button and enter the required details.
Q. I’m not good with computers, can I still book?
A. We understand some customers may not have access to a computer, or prefer speaking to a human. Customers can call and book using either numbers listed on our website. Please note that you will still require access to emails.
Q. Is a deposit/full payment required?
A. A small deposit will be required to secure the items on your booking date. We do not request full payment upon booking, however this is an option for some customers.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. Online payments are accepted through our website via Square. You can also pay via Apple and Google Pay. Customers booking over the phone can pay using their debit/credit card. We can also send payment links via email.
Q. I have booked online but the payment page has crashed. What do I do?
A. So long as your booking has been saved and received by our team, you will immediately be sent a payment link to the email address provided. Please kindly check your junk/spam folder if nothing has been received. We will only hold a booking for 24 hours without payment before we cancel.
Q. I have booked but not received a confirmation email, what do I do?
A. If you have made a booking and paid a deposit or full payment but yet to receive a confirmation email, we kindly ask for you to check your junk/spam folder. If nothing has been received within a 12-hour period, please get in contact so that we can look into this further.
Q. How do I pay a balance?
A. If only a deposit has been paid, you will receive a payment link 24/48 hours before your event date. You can also make a payment anytime before your event by requesting a payment link. Please do not panic if you haven’t been sent a payment link with less than 24 hours before your event date; you will be sent one.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation email?
A. Once payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email to confirm all details including payment. Please note that these details will be generated from the information you have provided upon booking and therefore must be correct.
Q. What’s your most popular equipment?
A. We find our range of inflatables to be extremely popular—that’s why we have so many! However, there is so much to choose from on our website. It really depends on what you’re looking for, but for any advice please give us a call.
Q. How long does it take to set up?
A. This is dependent on the items hired; however, most inflatables take around 10 to 15 minutes. If you are booking for indoors and only have a certain amount of time until your party starts, please put the times you have access to your venue so that we can plan in advance.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We are located in DE7 and cover DE, NG, and LE postcodes as well as some areas of Lincoln and Sheffield. You can find a full list of postcodes on our website. This can be done by selecting an item, checking your booking date, and choosing from the drop-down list of postcodes available.
Q. How do I cancel a booking?
A. Cancellations can be made via email or phone; our standard cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.
Q. Do you travel further afield?
A. Depending on the season, we may be able to travel further than our usual coverage area. Please note a minimum order spend will apply.
Q. Can you deliver equipment upstairs?
A. Equipment can still be set up; however, a charge will apply to cover costs for additional time or an additional member of staff if required.
Q. Can I make my own package?
A. Yes, this is possible. It is always best to contact us via phone so that we can discuss exactly what you’re looking for.
Q. How far in advance can I book?
A. We have an average booking time of around 60 days according to our statistics; however, there is no limit to how far in advance you can book with us.
Q. I have booked a hall; can you deliver at specific times?
A. We can have up to 5 vans on the road at one time. You will be asked to enter your party times as well as your venue access times on the booking form so that our delivery team can make prior arrangements.
Q. Do you offer LED Letters for hire?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer a range of A-Z LED letters. We do, however, have our LED LOVE Letters and numbers from 0-9.
Q. I’m only booking for a few hours; is it still full price?
A. Unfortunately, yes. Pricing cannot be negotiated due to booking times.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We proudly offer NHS and Blue Light Discount on all items. Packages and items that are already discounted are not included. To redeem a discount code, please send an email providing photo ID, and a discount code will be generated.

Q. Are your bouncy castles tested?
A. All of our inflatables are PIPA or RPII tested annually. Each test can be found on the item's web page under ‘tests’.
Q. Do you hire outdoors all year round?
A. Yes, we hire indoors and outdoors all year round.
Q. Who sets up the equipment?
A. Our on-hand friendly delivery team will deliver, set up, and pack away your equipment, giving you one less thing to worry about on the day of your event. This is also for insurance reasons and to make sure things are set up correctly and safely.
Q. Do you allow face paint on your inflatables?
A. Face paint is strictly not allowed on any inflatable as the substance can stain the material. A charge will apply if face paint is found on the inflatable upon collection.
Q. Are party poppers, silly string, confetti, or sequins allowed on your inflatables?
A. No, these items are strictly forbidden on any of our inflatables or equipment as they can stain and make it extremely difficult to remove. A charge will apply if any of these items are found upon collection.
Q. Are your inflatables cleaned before each use?
A. Yes, equipment is cleaned once setup has been completed. We carry the necessary equipment to clean on-site, but please make the delivery team aware if further cleaning is required.
Q. What is the latest time you collect?
A. During the winter months from October to March, we offer free collection up until 4 pm. However, we offer late collection at 5 pm for an £18 charge and a 6 pm collection for a £30 charge. During the summer months from April to August, we offer free collection up until 6 pm. However, we offer late collection at 7 pm for an £18 charge and an 8 pm collection for a £30 charge. Throughout the whole of September, our 8 pm collection is not valid, and 7 pm will be the latest time you can request your pickup. Please select your collection time upon completion of the booking form.
Q. Do you offer overnight hire?
A. Overnight hire can be added onto your booking at the cost of £40 per inflatable.
Q. Do you offer multi-day hire?
A. Yes, you can book for 1 day or 100! Our website will only allow for up to 3 days; however, if you require longer, please contact us.
Q. Are there any discounts for multi-day hires?
A. Your first day will be charged at full price as standard. Booking for 2 days will be 50% discounted on your second day. 3 days will offer 1 day free at 2 days full price. Any discounts will be confirmed for longer hires upon booking.
Q. Can inflatables go outside on artificial grass?
A. Inflatables can go outside on either real grass or artificial grass (astro turf). However, please note we must peg through the surface no matter what. Our anchor pegs are built to a British standard and are approximately 15 inches long, which must be secured in the ground sufficiently.
Q. How much space do you need?
A. Each inflatable is different; however, you can find individual measurements on the item's web page under the ‘size’ tab.
Q. What do you have available?
A. We have lots to choose from on our website. Thanks to our easy-to-use online booking system, you can check the availability of all the items on our website. If the item you'd like to book is available, you will be able to book online as normal. However, if the item is booked, you unfortunately won't be able to continue with your booking.
Q. Can you measure my garden?
A. We supervise the following equipment: climbing wall, candy floss machine, popcorn machine, slush machine (booked alongside other machines), mobile discos, photo/video booths.

Q. Can I send a playlist?
A. Yes, absolutely! Any playlists can be sent via email and must be sent no later than 1 week before your event date.
Q. Who will be my DJ?
A. Our DJ, Chris, will take care of making sure your party is a success! We will only ever accept a maximum of one event per day (we do occasionally accept a maximum of two if child birthday parties can take place earlier in the day) and will arrive in plenty of time to set up.
