Safety Notes -

Items hired must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and follow safety instructions given upon delivery.

Overnight/Multi-Day Hires -

All overnight hires must be in a secure location with a 6ft hedge or fence permitter and a lockable gate, someone must also be on site at all times. Failure to meet the requirements will result in a same day collection with no overnight hire refund given. It is recommended for multi-day hires to wipe down equipment from potential overnight rain to prevent injury.

Indoor Bookings -

We hire indoors all year round. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the items hired are suitable for the indoor space provided (including ceiling height). Failure to provide the correct and safe space required will result in the cancelation of your booking and no refunded will be given.

Indoor Bookings Times -

Please ensure you leave enough time for our delivery team to setup your equipment on time before your event starts. You can find more info and the average setup time on our FAQ’s page, or please contact us if you are still unsure.

Outdoor Bookings -

Delivery/collection times for outdoor hires will be confirmed 24-48 hours before your booking date.

Bad Weather -

In the event of wet weather or high winds, our team will make the decision to cancel your outdoor booking depending on the severity. For the safety of users, inflatables cannot be used in wind speeds of 24mph or more. If canceled, all payments already received may be used as a credit for a future booking.

How To Book?

- Click the green Book Online or red Check Availability button

- Select the date of your event

- Followed by your delivery/venue postcode

- Enter your details when required, ensuring all are correct

- Secure your booking with a deposit payment

- Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us!

Payment Terms -

All bookings require a small non refundable deposit to secure your item/s and date which can be completed at the bottom of the booking form. All bookings can also be paid in full, please ensure you select the preferred option upon booking.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email confirming all the details of your booking. (only) If a deposit payment has been made, you will be sent a payment link via email 24-48 hours before your booking to settle your outstanding balance.
